Aims and Objectives
The sole objective of this institution is to provide the children with comprehensive education aiming at their intellectual, physical, cultural, social, spiritual development and growth. The school provides quality education within a happy and caring environment where children are stimulated to apply themselves eagerly to learning and to the improvement of their creative skills.

Introduction
Baidyabati Sacred Hart, an English Medium, Co-educational Instituition for students from pre-Nursery to Secondary (ICSE Syllabus) has been a Pioneer in spreading quality education in Baidyabati and its adjacent areas since 2004. In its well furnished surroundings the school grew and the needs is felt to enlarge its scope to provide basic and most important needs of child. Late B.B.Saha, the educationalist is dedicated and is optimist to have given to the school with the motto of ‘ Great Men think like’ i.e. he has sacrificed to reach the proper goal with the extended hands of renowned educationalist. This is the inspiring reflection of the ideals of loyalty and service which have always been an integrated future of the Teaching and spirit of the school. The school Sacret Hart’ has its own significances in the way of inner spirit of humanity . Our pattern of teaching and mode of learning are moulded by subject wise experienced teachers based on modern Scientific System and proper Teaching aids. Our team spirit is always geared by well experienced Ex-headmaster from different schools and professors from different colleges. Our journey started on 24th March’2004 when the school was inaugurated by Mrs. Reva devi to pay respect to the desire of her husband Late Bipad Bhanjan Saha for the spreading perfection of true education in the country. Sacred hart has a rank in the national and international competition in the areas of English, Mathematics, and computer science and also in the field of Co curricular activities like quiz, Debte, and Drawing etc. I request you to offer your help but never do his/her assignment by yourself. Show respectful behavior to your child.
Be both kind and firm in discipline. Never miss to attend parenting training imparted in the school once in a year for parents of classes Pre Nursery, LKG and UKG.
I would appreciate very much if you read every page of the School’s Diary all the rules and regulations of the school. You must attend all the Parents-Teachers’ Meeting of the school as and when called for. You are requested not to argue with any member of the staff instead drop your complaint in the suggestion box. We assure you that action will be taken as the earliest.
Please see that your ward devotes enough time at home in studies and completes the school’s homework daily. Help him/her to become a good human being.

Rules & Discipline
- • It is compulsory for all students to speak in English inside school premises.
- • The students must attend the school immaculately dressed in the prescribed uniform, inclusive of School Bag, else they will not be allowed to attend the class.
- • The students are expected to take good care of school’s property. Any damage or destruction of the school property will entail heavy fines as well as disciplinary action at the sole discretion of the principal.
- • Fees must be paid by the 10th of the current month failing to this a fine will be charged Fees for the month of October to be paid in the month of September. Similarly fees for the month of March are to be paid in the month of February before annual Examination commences.
- • In case of student willing to leave school in the intermediate session, T.C. will be issued on the basis of final settlement of all arrears for the current session including Tuition fees & others.
- • The school management will have the sole discretion to change any rule for better & smooth running of the school.
Co-curricular activities
- • The school observes the Foundation Day, Republic Day, Independence Day, Teacher’s Day, Netaji’s Birthday, Children’s Day, etc.
- • Saraswati Puja is held.
- • The school arranges Annual Sports, Annual Functions, various competitions like quiz, music, dance, drawing, writing skill & Math ability test.
- • The students has to follow the SUPW (Social Useful & Productive Work)Course which is divided into two disciplines which are as follows:
- • Service Oriented: Such as remedial teaching, student counseling, cleanliness first aid.
- • Production Oriented: Fine Arts (Selected disciplines adopted in School), craft.

Four Houses & Their Colours
The school is divided into four (4) Houses (Tagore House, Kalam Netaji Hous House, Teresa House, Sachin House). Each House is under the (Green colour) charge of house Master I House Mistress. House Captains &prefects help the House master/ House Mistress and the teachers the efficient running of the House and the School.
Promotion and Progress ReportA) Promotion will be based on the assessment in every subject during the year.B) The principal’s decision is final in the matter of promotion.C) A minimum of 75% of attendance is absolutely essential for promotion at the end of the year.D) Promotions are considered on the basis of the result of all the examinations. No Mid term promotions are granted.
Coaching and Remedial FacilityAfter school there are coaching/Remedial classes going on for weak students. For more details contact school office. School TransportOur school has an adequate and sufficient transport facility. Like School Bus, Maruti Van, Car, Rickshaw Van.

Pre-Nursery to U.K.G. 8:45 a.m. to 11:40 a.m.
From class I onwards 8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Working Days: Monday to Friday.
Parents may meet the Principal from Monday to Friday from 12:00 Noon to 2:30 p.m. Kindly make prior appointment with the School Office in this regard.
